Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Client Service, the Account Director, Growth is responsible for researching, mining, and creating opportunities to share the value Lumency can bring to net new ideal clients. This role is responsible for relationship building and creating opportunities for net new business in the United States and Globally.
New Client Cultivation
Other Duties as Assigned.
Post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or communications. MBA (an asset).
7-9 years of experience in experiential and/or sponsorship marketing; 2-3 years of agency experience.
Experience building and pitching net new business.
Client Service and / or Business Development experience (a definite asset).
Certification / Coursework in Microsoft Office (an asset)
