Reporting to the Director, Talent Strategy and Development, the Human Resources Manager (Senior Consultant, Talent Strategy and Development) is responsible for all functional areas of human resources management for both internal and field force team members. The internal team spans both US and Canada.
The Senior Consultant, Talent Strategy and Develop is responsible to attract, hire, onboard, and retain the top talent in the industry, both in-field and internal team members, ensuring legislative compliance. The Senior Consultant, Talent Strategy and Development is responsible for the development of exceptional human resources process and programs to enhance Lumency culture.
Talent Strategy and Development

Post-secondary education human resources.
Certified Human Resource Professional or similar designation.
5-7 years of experience in a generalist human resources roles. Recruitment experience. Agency experience (an asset).
Certification / Coursework in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (an asset).
Certified Joint Health and Safety Member (an asset).
