Opportunity Overview

Reporting to the Consultant, Talent the Associate Consultant, Talent (Human Resources Coordinator) is responsible for supporting all human resources functions for both internal and field force team members.  The Associate Consultant, Talent is responsible for the development and execution of a top tier national staffing database that enables Lumency to staff the best Field Force for all experiential programs. 

Duties and Responsibilities


Field Force Recruitment and Selection

  • Develop and execute in-field recruiting plans, ensuring an adequate flow of candidates for all markets and programs
  • In conjunction with the Consultant, Talent, attract, hire, train and retain the best in-field force
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and team members to continue to grow the pool of in-field members
  • Research, recommend, and implement new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment
  • Inform, manage and execute the selection of in-field members, following Lumency’s process and in line with legislation
  • Communicate effectively about the benefits of working with Lumency


Field Force Management

  • Onboard in-field force members (payroll, contract, welcome package etc.)
  • Conduct regular follow-up with the experiential team to receive feedback on the quality of in-field team hired, make process modifications where appropriate

Internal Human Resources 

  • Facilitate human resources processes
  • Administer team member health benefit program and respond to team member questions
  • Answer team member questions 
  • Assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding of new team members
  • Complete payroll for both field force and internal team members
  • Assist with the learning and development program
  • Assist with the health and safety program and initatives 


Culture Cultivation  

  • Support ongoing development of a positive agency culture
  • Act as a Lumency champion in the marketplace




Post-secondary education or studies in human resources.



0.5-3 years experience in human resources.  CHRP (a definite asset).


Other Qualifications

Certification / Coursework in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (an asset).
