Reporting to the Consultant, Experiential, the Associate Consultant, Experiential manages, plans and executes various experiential marketing and sponsorship activation projects. The Associate Consultant, Experiential is responsible for handling logistics of executing events, including training and managing Brand Ambassadors, management of expenses, and post-event presentations to the client.

Post-secondary education (Communications, Marketing, Event Planning an asset)
6 months to 1 year of related experience in an event planning role (an asset)
Certification / Coursework in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (an asset)
Full ‘Class 5’ or ‘G’ Driver’s Licence (an asset)
Comfortable driving (an asset)
This role works out of the Lumency open-concept, dynamic office and requires daily computer work (research, typing etc.). This role requires daily attention to multiple priorities and competing demands. The role also works in-field at various indoor and outdoor venues across the country. This role may consist of carrying and moving large and awkward boxes and equipment and working in awkward physical positions in-field.
This role has national travel requirements, occasionally outside of office hours which comprise 25-40%.
This role requires flexible work hours outside of a traditional office setting, including some weekend work (approximately one weekend per month).
